Qt Application receives the event via ``eventFilter`` 2. ``MouseMasterEventHandler.eventFilter()`` processes it: - Normalizes button via ``PlatformAdapter`` - Gets current Slicer module context - Looks up binding: context-specific first, then default - Executes action via ``ActionRegistry`` - Returns ``True`` (consumed) or ``False`` (pass-through)
